Our store is hosted on com Ltd. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Our Payment gateway is managed by Razor pay Pvt. Ltd for customers who buy from our website.
For offline customers who order via E-mail, the Payment gateway is managed by PayU Payments Private Limited.

Warranty
If the product is defective or unsatisfactory, you may return the product to the place of purchase. Kindly make sure to provide a copy of the invoice upon returning the product. Earthfokus nozzle comes with a one-year warranty. The warranty applies only if the nozzle has been correctly installed and used. The warranty does not cover the damages due to mishandling or functional defects that arise due to the impurities in the water. we strongly recommend using a common water filter for better results.

Cancellation
Once ordered, the product should be canceled by sending us an e-mail within 24 Hours.
Our team will respond to your E-mail within 24 hours and confirm.
E-Mails that are sent after 24-Hour duration cannot be canceled.
Once canceled the amount will be refunded to the bank account within 7 Working days.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you request after 30 days of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the product comes under warranty we will thoroughly examine the product and get back to you via E-mail.
The Product must be in original condition and should be returned along with the box.
Products like QuaMist Refund will not be initiated if the issue is due to low pressure.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund
Once the returned product reaches us we will initiate the Refund procedure.
The product will be examined and then the customer will be notified via E-mail/Phone.
Once the E-mail is sent the amount will be transferred to the customer’s Bank account that they have provided.
The amount will be transferred to the bank account within 7-14 working days.
An E-Mail will be sent to the customer once the amount has been refunded to the customer.

Exchange

Delivery
Once the order is placed you will receive an invoice to your registered E-Mail address.
Once ordered the product will be shipped to you within 7- 10 Working days.
A Confirmation E-Mail along with the tracking ID will be sent once the product is shipped.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
